Bruno Culotti is a composer, teacher, and philosopher. He graduated with distinction from Tilburg University’s MA program in Philosophy of Mind and Psychology, where he wrote his thesis, “Music and Time in Merleau-Ponty’s The Visible and the Invisible.” He also holds a master’s degree in Music Composition from the Conservatory of Tilburg (AMPA).In 2023, he released his first album, Inspire and Conspire, with the support of the Music Hub Brabant Foundation. His compositional style draws on a wide range of traditions and genres, including classical music, IDM, and Peruvian folk music. His principal influences include JacobTV, Björk, Anna Meredith, Squarepusher, and deadmau5.His repertoire encompasses a broad range of instrumentations, from solo electronics to mixed ensembles and orchestras. His music has been performed by artists and ensembles including Matthijs Koene, Arthema Quartet, Capella Brabant, and TOP Orkest.
